Sent out past due mortgage check!

I sent out the past due mortgage check today! We paid on time for 3 years straight, but ran in to house repairing, credit debt, and kiddo school expenses and put the mortgage on the back burner until our refund. The rest of this week we will be really scraping by with the dental and car repairs. Anyway, at least this is out of the way to a certain degree.

    WOOOHOOO!!! It is a great feeling. And I completely sympathize with things happening. Although they say you should pay the mortgage first, it rarely happens that way for me.

    Glad that you are able to bring that current, there are few things that lead to as much stress as having an important bill like that hanging over one's head! Good luck the rest of the way, and I hope that you have some insurance of being free from those annoying extra expenses...
